In March 2018 I began holding a Conscious Movement practice once a month at this beautiful space!

Conscious movement sessions

These Sessions are a series of free-form dance practices, which combine free movement and improvisation, guided by creative visualizations and inspiring world music to help bring our awareness back into our body, and to the present moment, creating a safe space for free expression and release, and a deeper connection with our inner wisdom. They will be held in a healthy, uplifting and sober environment, without the use of verbal interaction, to encourage a more authentic engagement among participants.
